Sylvia Pell
Leasing & Sales Specialist
Sylvia Pell works exclusively in the Northeast Tarrant County as an office and retail specialist for Integrity Commercial Realty. Sylvia helps her landlord clients achieve maximum income and property value through her exhaustive marketing efforts to find tenants for her properties. By thoroughly understanding her market area, Sylvia works with prospective tenants to make sure that they are in the right location for long term success.
By constantly marketing properties, Sylvia has been able to lease and sell where others have failed. Further, Sylvia is building a track record as an agent who can turn around underperforming properties and selling listings other agents have not been able to move.
Before joining Integrity Commercial Realty, Sylvia worked for one of the largest mixed use development companies in the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex. Sylvia worked directly for the CFO and CEO and gained valuable real estate marketing insight while coordinating all of the promotional efforts for their Tarrant County development projects. She directed sales and marketing teams and hosted many successful promotional events, including golf tournaments, community grand openings and Realtor® functions. During her time there, Sylvia made contact with and developed personal relationships with many of the biggest players in the Dallas/Fort Worth real estate market.
Sylvia stays active in the community and can often be found networking at Colleyville or Keller Chamber of Commerce functions. She is a member of the North Texas Commercial Association of Realtors, and a member of the Executive Woman's Society in Southlake. When she's not at work, Sylvia is an avid jogger and loves to read and travel. She is also a resident of Northeast Tarrant County with her son, Jaime, who attends Keller High School.

Ruben Reynoso

Ruben Reynoso joined Integrity Commercial Realty in 2004 as Vice President of Sales & Leasing. Ruben specializes in retail/office project leasing and tenant representation throughout Northeast Tarrant County and surrounding areas. Ruben has represented retailers such as: Maui Wowi Coffee & Smoothies, Severine's Bistro, Sweet & Sassy, Sandellas Café, It Figure's, Kidztime, Butterfly Life, and Metro PCS.
Prior to entering the real estate profession, Ruben worked with Galderma Laboratories as a pharmaceutical sales representative in Chicago. He was selected from 1,500 business graduates to enter their management development program.
Ruben received a Bachelors of Business Administration in International Business and a Bachelor in Spanish from Texas Christian University, where he played soccer.
Ruben is active in many industry associations, including the International Council of Shopping Centers, the Chamber of Commerce for the City of Keller and the City of Southlake, and the North Texas Association of Real Estate Professionals.
Bilingual in English and Spanish, Ruben enjoys playing soccer, running, and traveling when he is away from the office. A long time Southlake resident, Ruben currently resides in Addison.
